I started taking my health and fitness more seriously a few years ago and did a lot of running. From time to time people would suggest weight training but I really didn't see myself as a gym person and also had no idea where to start. With Monica's help and advice I have been weight training for around 6 months in my own home with an inexpensive set of dumbbells. The physical benefits were obvious from early on. The online platform is very straight forward to use and Monica customises training sessions to suit your life. With a busy job and young family I prefered to train at home. However, when I decided to make the switch to a local gym Monica adapted my plan to suit. I have really seen myself get stronger month by month with Monica's support.
