A phone/camera/computer with a camera

A little bit of space - workouts suitable for small spaces and flats

A couple of hand weights - dumbbells, kettlebells, bands or a few heavy books in a bag

Live Zoom Group Training sessions Twice a Week

Each session is 30 minutes long - Short enough to not eat into your time; Long enough to get results.

Sessions take place on:


Monday at 6pm* and

Friday at 7.30am


Start and end the week taking care of you!
